Backpack Europe2007 - Qatar

We’re in the middle east! Qatar is amazing more advanced than we imagined most middle eastern countries to be. The people here are relatively well-off and things are as expensive as in Singapore. Conisdering we’re now in the middle of the persian gulf, near to Iran, Kuwait an Iraq, the feeling is rather unusual. The 1day transit here took us to a few sights in DOHA, but not much of activities as it’s still the ramadan now.

Our flight to madrid has been delayed for 3 hours already. Im thinking how i can claim my insurance from inconvenience.

Not so happy with this airline.

It has been ages since my last entry. I was busy with preparations for my wedding and it’s over in a blink of an eye!

Except for a couple of hiccups (as usual), things went well and as what i imagined my wedding to be. Casual, personal and relaxed. I really wish to thank all the family and friends who helped during the 2 days.

WWeeeee! Really happy.

One of my dreams is to have the cat and the dog live together happily. hopefully that will happen when I have the chance of staying in some place where the cat will not jump out of the window. : <

Just realised how easy it is to use Markdown with Smartypants formatting. This is a sample macro Another sample macro line. `This is it’ Am I supposed to test this? That was that!

as i try to use one of the only applications which has less of a problem, the terminal, i find it quite useful to use multiple tabs.

managed to play mp3s on the neo. ran it for a few hours and it has no problem. the main problem comes from the sd card driver. after some time of copying/writing it fails. reloading of the driver is the current workaround.
